One-on-One Coaching

This program will begin with a 10-module program that allows us to do a 360- degree look at the business and the strength of the eight pillars. At the end of the 10-module program, clients can continue with a one-on-one program or transition to a group coaching program. The one-on-one programs meet weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

One-time assessment and strategy session

This program will begin with a 10-module program that allows us to do a 360-degree look at the business and the strength of the eight pillars. After completing the 10-module program, goals will be set and reviewed during the quarterly reviews.

Self-paced with Quarterly Reviews

This program will begin with a 10-module program that allows us to do a 360-degree look at the business and the strength of the eight pillars. After completing the 10-module program, goals will be set and reviewed during the quarterly reviews.

Group Coaching

The group coaching program is a hybrid of a group coaching program and a mastermind. This program will begin with a 10-module program that allows us to do a 360-degree look at the business and the strength of the eight pillars. After completing the 10-module program, clients will transition into a group coaching program with other non- competing business owners. This will allow clients to work on their goals while learning and sharing business experiences with other business owners, who can also serve as a support system and accountability partners.

Build on a Strong Foundation

Every successful business rests on eight essential foundations. When one is off balance, the entire structure is at risk. Our proven framework helps you strengthen each area so your business can grow with stability and purpose.

TI / AI

Will help clients understand the technical tools needed to operate the business, which includes hardware, software, security, and keeping the company up to date on the latest tools and technology, such as AI, to help the business improve efficiencies and productivity.

HR

Will help clients create clear job descriptions and minimum qualifications, identify roles and responsibilities for each, recruit, hire, onboard, provide ongoing training and development, and manage employee relations.

Finance

Will help cllents assure financial records are being maintained, proper records are being maintained, and reports are being generated for all aspects of the business, including taxes, payroll, A/P and A/R. 

Legal

In addition to the proper formation of the company name and legal structure, also responsible for assuring all relationships that can impact the business are covered. Including contracts with suppliers/vendors, real estate, partnerships, dissolution of the business, death of a partner, and anything else that may lead to litigation.

Marketing

Understands the products and services needed/wanted by target customers and the best price customers are willing to pay that generates profit. Assists the sales team with understanding and presenting benefits to increase potential to close sales.

Sales

The sales team/person is aligned with marketing to ensure the products and services are being presented to the customers, including benefits and cost to generate a profit as sales are closed.

Operations

The braain and heart of the business. Also considered the check and balance to ensure the department & person responsible for performing tasks have the information, tools, and resources. The Operations team is responsible for ensuring processes and procedures are documented, and all departments are working together to ensure there are no gaps in the organization. The operations team may also include purchasing for production and mfg, purchasing for in-house use, Supply Chain, and any other departments that are linked to producing products and services.

Self Care

This includes any activity that owners and business leaders do that takes them away from the day-to-day operations and allows them to spend time to decompress and refresh. Ideally, they are participating in activities outside of work regularly, including, but not limited to, working out on a regular basis, playing sports, and spending time with family and friends. They should also take regular vacations. Taking time away from the business to decompress leads to better decision-making.
